1.1 You will be able to access most areas of this Website without registering your details with us. Certain areas of this Website are only open to you if you register.
1.2 We may revise these terms and conditions at any time by updating this posting. You should check this Website from time to time to review the then current terms and conditions, because they are binding on you. Certain provisions of these terms and conditions may be superseded by expressly designated legal notices or terms located on particular pages of this Website. If you do not wish to accept any new terms and conditions after we have given notice, you should not continue to use this Website.
2.1 You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered.
2.2 Our acceptance of an order takes place when we despatch the order. We will send you a despatch confirmation by email. When we despatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.
2.3 We may refuse to accept an order
(a) where goods are not available;
(b) where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;
(c) if there has been a pricing or product description error; or
(d) if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.
2.4 We deliver to UK mainland addresses only and our maximum delivery lead time is 14 working days from order placement. Our standard delivery lead times are usually well within this time frame and you will be advised our intended delivery date soon after order placement. If we cannot deliver within 14 working days we will offer alternative products of similar price or a full refund.
2.5 In the light of recent and numerous online fraud attempts we reserve the right to deliver only to registered billing addresses and not to none connected delivery addresses. This does not affect your statutory rights and we will make a full refund if you do not wish to receive delivery of your items at your registered billing address. Our delivery agents are instructed to return the product to stores if they are unable to substantiate that the delivery recipient is resident at the said delivery address.

3.2 Where we charge separately for packing, carriage and insurance and other relevant charges, the appropriate rates are set out in our specified pricing structure shown elsewhere on this Website.

4. CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY
4.1 If you wish to cancel your order
(a) you can notify us by email before we have dispatched the goods to you.
(b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 4.2 below If cancelling your purchase under the Distance Selling Regulations, your product must be complete and in 'as new' condition. If you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product or packaging. The product must not have been used or installed and the spare parts must not have been installed. It should be returned with the original box and packaging, along with any accessories you received with it and these items also must not have been damaged or marked. PCB’s must still be sealed. Any free gifts received with the product must also be returned.
4.2 You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt. After 14 days we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 20%. The parts must be in good, re-saleable condition as described above in 4.1(b). The costs of returning your items must be paid by you. Refunds may take up to 10 working days from our receipt of the returned goods.
4.3 The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clauses 4.2 will not apply in the following circumstances:
i. in the event that the product has been used or fitted
ii. in the event that the seals has been broken or tampered with on PCB’s
4.4 Faulty returned parts will be sent to the manufacturer and tested. These must be returned to us in the condition you received them. If the part is deemed faulty by the manufacturer, Parts Place will refund the original value of the part to the Customer, and the cost of returning the part to us from within the EU.
Parts will not be considered faulty if this is due to faults caused by accident, misuse or neglect and normal wear-and-tear. Parts that are fitted internally must be fitted by a qualified person and according to the manufacturers specifications.
If your part is lost in the post on it's way back to us, you must be able to provide proof of postage.
The provisions of this clause 4.4 do not affect your statutory rights.
4.5 Parts Place are not bound to accept non stocked items back into stock where the item is not a part of the Parts Place core range and was ordered especially for the customer from the manufacturer
4.6 All products fitted to any Gas Appliance (Oil) within the United Kingdom should be fitted by a competent person who is a member of an organization that monitors the safe working of Gas Installers e.g. the engineer should be on the Gas Safe Register (OFtec register). We may ask you to provide us with the installer's Gas Safe number or Oftec number (England & Wales) or the equivalent (Scotland, N Ireland), failure to do this may result in no credit being given.
5.1 You are permitted to print and download extracts from this Website for your own use on the following basis:
(a) no documents or related graphics on this Website are modified in any way;
(b) no graphics on this Website are used separately from accompanying text; and
(c) any of our copyright and trade mark notices and this permission notice appear in all copies.
5.2 Unless otherwise stated, the copyright and other intellectual property rights in all material on this Website (including without limitation photographs and graphical images) are owned by us or our licensors. For the purposes of these terms and conditions, any use of extracts from this Website other than in accordance with clause 5.1 above for any purpose is prohibited. If you breach any of the terms in these terms and conditions, your permission to use this Website automatically terminates and you must immediately destroy any downloaded or printed extracts from this Website.

9.1 To register with www.partsplace.co.uk you must be over eighteen years of age.
9.2 Each registration is for a single user only. We do not permit you to share your user name and password with any other person nor with multiple users on a network.
9.3 Responsibility for the security of any passwords issued rests with you and if you know or suspect that someone else knows your password, you should contact us immediately.
9.4 We may suspend or cancel your registration immediately at our reasonable discretion or if you breach any of your obligations under these terms and conditions.

It is prohibited to access the Website from territories where its contents are illegal or unlawful. · make the Licensed Digital Media or any part thereof available in any manner or on any media to any third party save in accordance with this Licence or permissions
· Reproduce or amend the Licensed Images or any part thereof in any manner
use the Licensed Images or any part thereof for any purpose other than PartsPlace
· unless the User has been granted explicit prior written consent to do so by the Licensor.
13.2 If any provision of these terms and conditions is found by any court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the invalidity of that provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions which shall continue to have full force and effect.
13.3 Only the parties to these terms and conditions may seek to enforce them under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
14. Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
15. Part Identification
It is the duty of the Buyer to order the correct part. The seller shall deliver the part ordered and accepts no responsibility for inaccurate advice supplied by a third party to the Buyer in the identification of the part required, whether through commercial recommendation or technical diagnosis.
Please note that all images are supplied for reference purposes only. All dimensions and capacities stated are approximate. Consistent with PartsPlace policy of continual improvement, the right is reserved to amend product specifications without notice
We do not advise anyone to pre-book an electrician, plumber, builder, or any installer until goods have been received and checked.
We try very hard to ensure that all information on this site is accurate. However, just occasionally, an error can occur. If we discover an error (e.g. the price or description of a product you have ordered) we may cancel your order at any time up to the point we send you the product(s) (even if you have received your Order Confirmation email). If we do cancel your order, you will receive a full refund of any charges already paid.
We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified However, these cannot be guaranteed as occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control
We DO NOT store your credit card details on our servers. All details are held and processed by Paypal or Amazon Pay. If you choose to pay for the Service using a Credit Card, your credit card details are not stored by us and cannot be used by our staff.
