Once the part arrives you have 14 days in which to change your mind as to whether or not you want it. If you are intending to return the part, please let us know before you do, so we can issue you with a return number.
Your product must be complete and in 'as new' condition. If you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product or packaging. The product must not have been used and the parts must not have been fitted. It should be returned with the original unmarked box and packaging, along with any accessories you received with it.
Return postage is paid by the buyer and will not be refunded unless the part is faulty.
Any returns outside of the initial 14 day period incur a 20% restocking fee unless the part is found to be faulty.
Any parts returned as faulty will be verified to be faulty by the manufacturer before a refund or replacement is issued.
Accidental damage, misuse or normal wear-and-tear are not classed as Faults.
Any internal parts must be fitted by a competent person and to the manufacturers specifications.
If the above conditions are met, parts are covered by a Three-Month Guarantee.
Refunds are processed using the same method of payment as was used to purchase the product, within 10 working days of the part being returned.
